A builders clean (or post build clean) is a specific clean recommend for new builds and renovation projects. The builders clean is the initial clean once the majority of building works are complete.
A sparkle clean is a final in-depth clean recommended for any new build, renovation project or prior to marketing a property for sale or let. This clean usually takes place after a builders clean.
